Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with respect to personal data and the free circulation and/or distribution of these data.

2.-PURPOSE OF USE.
For what purpose are your personal data used in NATURAL HERITAGE?
The information provided by the interested parties is subject to treatment of information on new activities, workshops, camps, environmental volunteer programs and other events related to environmental education organized by NATURAL HERITAGE in one of our centers or in the Natural Protected Areas of Castilla and Leon.
How long will your data be preserved?
They will be kept while the interested parties maintain interest in our environmental education activities or as long as they do not indicate otherwise.
3.-WHAT IS THE LEGAL STANDING OF DATA USAGE?
The legal basis for the treatment of your data is:
Art. 6.1 a) of Regulation 679/2016. The interested party has given consent to the processing of his personal data for one or several specific purposes.
4. –WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE DATA?
The data provided will not be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation.
5.-WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA? WHERE TO EXERCISE THEM?
Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation about whether or not we at the Castilla y León Natural Heritage Foundation are dealing with personal data concerning them. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, delete when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that was collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request for the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence against claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may object to the treatment of their data. The Natural Heritage Foundation of Castilla y León will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
We inform parties of their right to withdraw, at any time the consent given to treat your data, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Finally, we remind everyone, by legal imperative, of their right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.agpd.es), if you consider that the data processing is not in accordance with European regulations.

I. General information.
The Natural Heritage Foundation of Castilla y León, in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs that it is committed to respecting the privacy of the user. The processing of personal data will be collected in a file, under the responsibility of the Natural Heritage Foundation of Castilla y León.
The data obtained from the user will be necessary for the functions required by the Website of the Natural Heritage Foundation of Castilla y León, without making them available to any third party not declared on the Website, unless expressly authorized by the user.
The User grants expressed, free and unambiguous consent to the collection and processing of their data by the Foundation of the Natural Heritage of Castilla y León, as well as expressed, free and unambiguous consent for the transfer of their data to all the companies of the Group, including, but not limited to, subsidiaries, branches and other establishments, being unable for them at any time to sell said data to third parties outside the organization of the Natural Heritage Foundation of Castilla y León. The Natural Heritage Foundation of Castilla y León will use personal data for its purposes and range of products.
