The execution of the actions directly related to the elaboration of a program involved in the management and monitoring of CyL fluvial and wetlands SPAs and SCIs, has been affected by what is stated in the "OBJECTIVES" section of the "THE PROJECT" menu.

As a consequence, the final execution of these actions was not appropriate.
